I wouldn't say Americans are getting into HHC. There's a small (very small) portion of ravers that love HHC, but I don't think that group is getting any bigger. I think the American interest in HHC hasn't changed much in the last 6 years or so really... It's kinda nice cause when you find somone that like HHC you both are like "OMG, you like HHC too!! Yes, I agree with everyone that this thread was spam. But it is the General Discussion area, and even though it says "try and keep it HHC related" I see tons of other threads that aren't about HHC and no one went off on those people. Prime example being the mirror thread "14 yr old Girls?" by DJ-SK8. Did 10 people jump that thread telling SK8 to shove off and never come back to HHC.com? No they didn't. Why? Cause he's not a newbie. I think this threads response was just an expression of peoples frustrations with dumb threads. And since it was some random newbie everyone thought they had the right to just slag her off instead of trying to put in some thoughtfull commentary or just ignoring it. What about the threads:
"liquid alternatives" (I wanna talk about cheap ways to get high)
"anyone from greece?"
"Where do you live?" (even though it says under your name)
"represent your turf!" (same thing, 6 threads down)
"What are you thinking?? volume 1.1" (that's HHC music related.. right?)
And on, and on, and on. But who cares. It's a fun board and it's in the General area so why not just leave it alone. No one bashed the rest of the people asking personal info like how old are you, where are you, etc so why bash the latest person that posts an OT topic? Cause she's new, or maybe cause she actually asked for a "cute" boy and that's unfeminine. Only boys are allowed to discriminate and only wanna bang "hot" people right?
I especially liked the response from DJ STYLUS:

2make a FRIEND, and get a LIFE and then **** OFF!!!"
With his signature saying: "You only live once, and your not coming back. So express yourself!". Yeah, way to stick to your beliefs. And a super classy attitude to boot. Calling someone "A sad bitch" in a HHC forum for trying to meet people, really nice.
And Pandora saying girls with modesty are the "Playa's" or whatever. Not in my view of the world. Modest and nice people get their hearts torn out while slutty, loud, ignorant, a-holes run around doing whatever they want and getting who/what they want. All she did was ask if there's any cute boys around, who the heck cares? If one of the many overposting DJ males posted this same topic i bet you 100 to 1 they'd get great, or at least friendly and humorus responses.

And on a side note, some guy a long time ago put a "Anyone live in Massachusetts" thread cause he was moving here and I said "I do" and we went out to a party and now we're best friends... what's wrong with trying to meet people on the internet that have the same interests as you?
