Freeformania is out in early December, and it has Gammer's remix of Insane Asylum on it.
Watchtower Records Vol. 2 also just came out.
Both are skewed towards the Freeform side of Hardcore (WTR2 even more so) so I don't know if they're exactly what you're looking for.

Clubland Xtreme Hardcore 9 prolly churn out at the starting of the new year or close the end of this year.
Hardcore Heaven albums? I doubt that.
Then:
Watchtower Records Volume 2
Freeformania (3CD album)
CLSM - Return Of The Unexpected (3CD artist album!)
Obie - 3D Renegade
Fracus & Darwin - Point Of No Return (if it's still available)
Then watchout for the forthcoming ones, like the HU Breaks album, the new Full Frequency album by Trackmaster Music, and the artist albums of some people that we know everybody. 2013 will be a great year for hardcore! ;)

Just as mentioned, plenty of forthcoming artist albums! Many of which are coming from the HU label. Expect to see some surprises there!

Didn't have a chance to think about it. Ended up in the pub drinking tequilas. On a hangover.
Feel atrocious.

It's sad how no one is putting out cds now. Anabolic Frolic's strategy was ace: Take the top releases from the first half of the year and mix them on a cd. Then, at the end of the year, take the second half of the year's big releases and slap them on a mixed cd. No label got "showcased" since the tracks were all from different labels. It was just a nice collection of tunes that were deemed as "anthems", not just any ol' track an artist may be getting to release.

Anabolic could pull it off since he wasnt aligned to any label. I dont think anyones dares to do that anymore, considering people are starting to buy more and more unmixed albums

The only reason people are buying more and more unmixed albums is because that's all that's being thrown at them. I mean...what happened to DJs wanting to showcase their art? Someone needs to stand up and break this dead mold.

DJing isn't the art being showcased by "DJs" anymore on their albums because all of the focus is on the tracks. Even if someone did an Anabolic Frolic style mix with just the top 15-20 tracks of the year, they'd plug it all into Ableton and do basic fade-in/fade-outs on everything (or, even simpler, sharp cuts a la recent Clublands) because they wouldn't want to risk messing up the tracks.
I'd say pretty much nobody active in freeform these days knows how to DJ, at least, and most active hardcore DJs probably don't know how to DJ either.

This is mostly to Warped
As far as collabs go, those types of albums worked so well during a time when access to so many of those tracks were limited, especially in the US. One of the huge advantages that Anabolic and his H2BH series from Moonshine had was the lack of a large happy/UK hardcore scene in the US. This gave Anabolic the perfect opportunity to mold what he believed would be the best tracks to represent this sound to an audience that wouldn't know where else to go for these tracks. The exception of course were DJs and producers, but even many of them used the series as a template to research and find songs and producers and djs.
Another thing is physical CDs albums are becoming more rare, and the cost of having them produced is more now because of the lack of demand for them. The way it works is the more CDs you produce, the less it will cost you to produce those. However, you can have 10,000+ copies of an album produced, but there's no real guarantee that they will all sell, and if a good amount of them don't then you are out a lot of money. This is why Thumpa and others have a limited amount of copies it produces of each of their albums. I know that you don't get into the business of hardcore music to make money, but you certainly don't get in it to become completely broke because of it either.
Also I think it's funny you're calling a DJ mixed album as a DJ showing off their art, especially since Anabolic Frolic has been heavily criticized for his mixing on the H2BH series.
