Ok so I spoke to Shimamura on twitter and he says its his unreleased bootleg of Lovestation - Best Of My Love and that was all the information he would give me.

It fits in with the style so it doesn't make any difference to me. It might not 'technically' be a 90's mix for that one tune but surely that doesn't bother you.
