I don't think there will be one paticular tune that stands out as the hardest.

dj neophyte & evil activities - one of those days, could be a contender but I'm sure someone on here will pull something harder out of the hat.

I assume you mean UK Hardcore then as European stuff can get pretty silly. As MAtRiCks just displayed perfectly though, what is considered 'hard' is clearly very subjective.

Yeah, "hard" is a bit of an empty term. A track could be considered hard because of the level of distortion on its kicks, the strength of its atonal bass noises, the raw speed of it or just an inexplicable atmosphere of hardness. Or something else entirely.
