I do, but only because my local record shop has boxes full of hardcore old and new thet they're selling off for 1 each. And to be honest i don't use it really, i just buy it for the sake of having it! Still got a cupboard full of house, tech, trance, hard house etc!

Well glad to see others are still buying it. I think I'm just in a stress with it as I've had to shift it all to decorate, I'm going to have to take it all to my dads soon and then move it again to my new house. It's painful to move a large collection around. :( Especially when you barely play it any more. I'm thinking if I do sell it I'll end up kicking myself though, I dunno.

Too me I will always love the tradition of playing oldskool hardcore on Vinyl. Quality is no better on mp3 for old tracks because they were recorded from vinyl anyways.
But I can understand space being a problem.

For the records I own a digitally copy of, I might consider selling them off

I can't. If space is a big enough problem for you to get rid of your vinyl then it's because you don't want them enough anyway.

yup still buy vinyl. lots of stuff from the early 90s you can't find on cd. it's fun to play it out too because most of the kids these days don't have a clue on jungle techno
also, I hate scratching on cdjs, jog wheels on like an s4 are worse. I mean yes you can still do neat tricks on cdjs but it's so much nicer to have all that area to work with when you are beating the shit out of the fader.
I also find comfort in having physical media, most of the new stuff I buy on cds. I've got a back up server but I always have this terror in my head of hard drive failure.
plus records will build up your arms lugging them around

Probably still made a profit lol. With how cheap they are now. If that's Ferry Corsten's version of Loveshy then it's a TUNE.
