It unfortunately won't happen, myself and others have been trying for ages to push Happy Hardcore again.
You do get the odd 100 people that love it and take notice because it rekindles their love of Happy Hardcore but that's it unfortunately. Sales are terrible. You're lucky to get 30 or 40 downloads at Trackitdown and before you know it the song is forgotten. This is the problem new producers (last 13 years) face.
[This is not a dig - just explaining the cycle]
However, if you are from the 90s like Demo and Bannanaman and come back you do get the support and instant respect. It's pretty impossible anyways from that point of view for the new producers to push Happy Hardcore and get a decent amount of support because we simply were not there in the 90s and didn't have all those anthems behind our belt. So hence I can't ever see it coming back.
Big respect though to those who take notice. Especially producers on this forum like Mortis.
Some songs if you are interested...

since I play the more odd tunes (Makina is still considered odd right?) I try to play some of the more happier stuff. Tried to play the stuff I only have on vinyl (like vinylgroover) but I cant seem to make it fit with my mixes :(
