I want to like them but I just can't bring myself to. I think he just needs to work with someone a bit more musically minded. He's been tweeting a lot about making tunes with re-con and styles which could be interesting

In Scotland we have an agency as part of the Scottish Government called Disclosure - http://www.disclosurescotland.co.uk/ -where you fill out a form and send them a few quid, they send you back a certificate saying you are clean (in my case) or a list of your convictions & who you can and can not work with. I had to pay 15 for mine to work at the Scottish Exec on a contract & I don't think its a lot of money There must be an English equivalent and for a few quid this could all go away. I'd pay 1000 x the 15 to prove I was not mucking around with kids if needed to, can't understand why Sy won't do the same... EDIT Here this the English equiv - https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/disclosure-and-barring-service - 44 for an enhanced check. If Sy fills out the form, I will pay the 44 for him. Gauntlet thrown down (if he ever reads stuff on here!)

Same here mate i'd be doing anything in my power to clear my name if allegations like this were made against me. Can't think why he wouldn't do this unless its actually true.

They would get a certificate with their convictions listed on it - certificate is maybe the wrong word here. Official Legal Document?
We know he has some actual convictions for letting fireworks out of his car on the motorway or something so he is never going to come up clean, its what else that may be on there....

From our perspective, Storm's side hasn't offered any evidence that evokes real suspicion. They've offered plenty of worthless hearsay but no evidence. The burden of proof doesn't transfer to Sy until the accusing side have demonstrated him to be guilty with a low margin of error.
Sure, I admit it's a bit odd that he hasn't been more proactive and forthcoming in clearing his name but, in his defense, why the **** should he? The other side hasn't proven anything for him to disprove.
Maybe Sy is in the wrong but I certainly won't be complicit in a speculative trial-by-Twitter. You can't drag someone's name through the mud publicly without also being prepared to back it up publicly, that's common sense. The whole debacle is utterly ludicrous.
I'm going with the law on this one: he's innocent in my eyes until someone actually shows me some proof to the contrary. Since that seems unlikely to ever happen now, he'll always just be an unlucky guy who attracted a viral and particularly emotive label perpetuated by impulsive and irresponsible people and blindly believed by those without the ability to think critically for themselves (no-one in this topic, fortunately).
EDIT: If I was in his position and I was innocent, I'd have to think long and hard before caving and attempting to prove my innocence as well, on principle. If I asked most of you to hand over very personal details about your lives to prove that you don't assault old ladies for lulz (cos I heard some guy say you do), you'd tell me to **** myself -- and rightly so. Although Sy has more at stake, everything else about the analogy is a microcosm of his case -- the evidence, from our point of view, is just as speculative. So even though I don't think it's the smartest idea in his particular case, I respect his right to stay quiet.

Some very good and valid points raised there mate. Sy has always seemed like a sensible kind of guy who keeps himself to himself so he maybe just doesn't want the whole world knowing lots of information on him.

I mostly agree with this too. Personally if it was me, I would prove myself innocent but still walk away from the scene given the way they have all treated him.
But I appreciate the innocent until proven guilty laws the UK offers and I can see where he is coming from.
I would like him to pay the 44 to prove it and then beat the living shit and then some out of Storm. Think that gives you all an idea of how I think the situation is...

Boy meet girl
Boy wanks to younger girls
Girl leaves boy
Girl meet new boy
Girl with new boy tells MC
MC goes bonkers, tells the world
Boy goes into hiding
MC goes into hiding
Girl?
New boy goes to asylum.
Just to clarify: We don't know what's true, other than the MC goes onto making the biggest fuzz of all time, and that the new boyfriend goes to a psychatrist.

Squad-E himself said he was in a hospital (I don't know myself if it is a psychiatric ward or anything), and posted some very bizarre (even disturbing, if you know him) Twitter stuff.
There's links in another thread.

Just to be absolutely clear, there is no evidence at all that he is in a psychiatric ward. It was just a random speculation from someone earlier.
