They had some licensing issues with a (or some of the) tracks, and it's also going to be expanded beyond one disc. It's still coming, just not as soon as initially planned. Should be powerful.

I was gutted when I read that, was really looking forward to Happy Hardcore Underground. It's obviously better that it will be a bigger project now, but I want it now, not in months and months time :(
It can't be helped, I know. I just gave a loud "Boo-urns" when I saw it.

Don't know the full story, but supposedly JAL had a few tracks by Darwin, released them, but also relases other tracks meant for other labels.

Sharkey apparently. AATW only licensed the name and its likeness from him for that one album.
