Not in public, no. I e-mailed him to ask about a possible booking and he said that he's only playing "classics sets" from now on as he's not producing anymore.

I'm sure he used to produce on his own in the old days

Not trying to have a dig at unknown, but without Sy he's like Breeze without Darren Styles. Average tunes.

Yes, got a lot of respect for Unknown and he seems like a very decent guy but I have to say there's not really any tunes on his label that have caught my attention other than the obvious 'Concrete Angel'.
Quosh was a great label when it was still going, loads of all time hardcore classics and I'm gutted that it's finished.

Yeah, again, no disrespect to Chris, but I have to agree. :-(

Unknown is shit on his own, I reckon he had a little dig at sy aswell, when his ukn soundcloud 1st came up there was a tune called 'worrying children' and also another tune I cant remember the name of but had 'touch up mix' after it, coincidence?

To be honest even Concrete Angel is a car crash when compared to the trance remixes. The more professionally made remixes (there i said it) seemed to be built around the vocals and seems like a more complete piece of work. the Unknown/Styles effort just seems like they threw together some unrelated crap and just put the vocal on top of it. The breakdowns are ok but the main track is just horrendous.
Back to the point about unknown is that he just seems to be another Dubcore producer who is just chucking out balls and slapping a price tag on it for the fanboys to buy and to be honest if he is making a living at it then good for him but i feel all the musical direction went out with SY.

I meant Sy is still a legend
