What?? The experiment was just putting a 90's Fantazia tape pack into a particle accelerator and it did the job in proving that hardcore will never die??

Ironic thing is, Hardcore is dying - and that's mathematically proven. Numbers are going down, no bones about it!

Only the commercial aspect is dying (which is good). The underground side is not even close to dying.

Music sales for all genres have been and will continue to go down. It's not specific to hardcore.

I'm assuming thats how you're measuring the decline

I really wouldn't equate hardcore music dying by looking at album and digital download sales, seeing as how people are notorious for pirating music, maybe more in this genre than others. I think it's best to look at ticket sales at events as an indication of decline of hardcore, if there really is an actual decline.

Besides hardcore has been "dying" over ten years now according to most jaded old farts. It's clearly not going anywhere anytime soon.

As I've said a few times, if it didn't die in 2000 it certainly isn't going to die now!

that's more likely due to the ecomomy......not it's popularity....even ravers have to tighten
their belts in a recession

2002 really, Bonkers 8 triggered the revival as it where. Not that there wasn't good tracks coming out before then anyway.
