What are some albums that were out in this era (Besides Bonkers 4 & 5). Really liking the sound output of this era.

Helter skelter masters at work 3 is definitely a good shout, especially the vibes mix,one of the best. A few other very good albums are the slammin vinyl absolute hardcore series 1,2 & 3 all released around 98/99. A lesser known and truly awsome album is this badboy

Dont ask why slipmatt is doing a hardhouse mix on a hardcore comp but the sy & vibes mixes are ace (the hardhouse mix aint bad either tbh)

Hardcore Heaven (as already mentioned) 3, 4 and 5. In general much better than Bonkers 5-6. Masters @ Work 2 was also out in 98 but it's not as good as 3. To be honest there was a lot released around then, i can never remember most of it.

Noize was released on Sony in the UK as well as GBH in the USA! might explain the different dates.

I bought a copy of my favourite one as a lad yesterday actually..

United Dance 6 was released 1997 but there's a full series of them. Hardcore Heaven, Off Yer Nut done compilations around that time to.

One of my favourite tracks from UD6....

Hardcore was in it's trancecore phase in 1998, ala Bonkers 7, the only "happy hardcore" sounding was the speedmania CD's from Toshiba EMI Japan at this time.

Force & Styles CD in UD vol.6 is epic. The "Heart of Gold" remix on that CD is my favourite as well.
