We have open-age hardcore events here in Sydney all the time. No great problem with em, so long as you got nothing against seeing 13yo's running around mashed off their tits.

at most north american parties, you'll see 15 and 16 year old kids at.. some parties have a 16+ rule.. i think 13 is too young.. i dont think kids should be younger then 15 and going to parties

Some of our promoters have adopted an "Open age, but reserve the right to restrict entry for under-15's" policy. I tend to agree with it.

Here in Belgium there is no age limit to go to parties. It's open to everyone. I think it's much better that way. I remeber when I was under 18... It sucked not being able to get in somewhere (in the US).
All this fuss about being 21 to enter in a venue that sold alcohol was ridiculous as well. I don't drink, so I don't care about alcohol, but I think it should also be available to eveyone. Here there are no drinking ages either. Anyone can drink. Oh yeah, and UK... what is up with no more alcohol after a certain time??? It's all silly if you ask me.

I think there should be raves for 15+.

the government are tards and dont allow alcohol to be served after 11pm in bars unless they have a late license which allows till 2am, except on New Years Eve where its 24hours now :D
In my town (Rugeley, Staffordshire) my mate DJ Wiggi puts on an event called "Organised Chaos" which is specifically designed for 13-17 year olds, it starts at 6.45 and finishes at 11pm.
im 18 and i still go to it cos its a class event (and cos my mate runs it) and 80% of the people who go are 15/16+
i think its all about what type of venue you have and what time the party starts and finishes. There was always a good atmosphere at Organised Chaos and the majority of people who went, are there for one reason, hardcore!!
yeh ok so we still get some little 13year old dick heads who think they are "all that" and really tough n shit, but we just have a major stomp!
so yeh i think there should be raves for under 18's, going by experience that is....
