On "The Ultimate Hardcore Album" I noticed Visa All I Need , was attributed to M Picotto is this the same Mario picotto who i'm thinking of or someone different?

Geez guys do I have to tell you everything? Mauro Picotto and Mario Pui often produce together under the name "Piu & Pic", which as we all know is Italian for "Flip & Fill".
It had to be done.

Yep, it is the same Mauro Picotto. He had a big hand in most of the Media records releases in the early to mid 90's. Yes, Visa was mainly Stu Allen & Peter Pritchard but on a lot of the labels' releases there were writing/remixing credits for half a dozen people!
