still should make some proper hardcore



make modern hardcore kicks, layering 3 VST, instead of using all OCS's on a single VST



need version 1.5 of bass drum murda, 1.6 is rubbish and the distortion does'nt do anything

have to set piano rolls notes real low on bassdrum murda or it does'nt work

if not, filterbank 3, works a bomb, still need some layering for the sub bass punch



good to have both, and have infinate kicks

make some good mainstream, you can get a good £10,000 from all the festival goers for a track

if you don't have fabfilter, TENQ is better as it does'nt crash every 10 minutes

making your own kicks are alot better then some rubbish from a sample CD

he can start with this

Hadn't heard of Meltdown before you put this link up Guest. He seems to be new to the scene. His release with Choose the way and Surviving the times quite liking the sound of. I'm fussy with my Dutch hardcore but like this, like the sound of kickdrum in choose the way and the drum in Surviving the times has more distortion but not too much like other Dutch hardcore tracks.

Check out the breakdown part of Meltdown's remix - does it remind you of anyone? reminds me CLSM. Like that part but not so keen on the harder kickdrums in the track.

This song is so epic until it drops. I mean, what a ****ing wasted opportunity. He has an excellent breakdown and buildup and ****s it up royally. What an incredible tune that would've been had he kept the melody in the drop.

Beam of light is alright, alot better than couple of the other tracks on the same EP! The Drop is awful.
