Does anyone know what the 'System F - Out Of The Blue' remix is @ 38 minutes?

I have been trying to get an ID for this track for almost 20 years now.

Is it the Version Vinylgroover used to cain around the same time? If it his i'm sure it was a timestretch or something along those lines.
