You have a lot to learn! Hardcore isn't pop music although some of it gets relesed in the charts but that isn't often!

My mate told me about some weird Hardcore music and it sounds weried. My mate likes somthing called Club Extream he listens to. He said its Hardcore but I thought Hardcore was rock! I like rock and pop and hate all the dance club stuff that goes on these days!

and shite like post hardcore or hardcore emo - is a subgenre or "type" of "emo"
and emo & punk is a "type" of "ROCK!"
where as the "GENRE" "HARDCORE" IS ITS OWN GENRE!!! with its OWN subgenres (trancecore, happycore, freeform ect)
and "HardCore" is a type of elictrina!!!!

disagree with you there, most young people in britain start off listening to cheesy hardcore or the commercial end. Same with force and styles and stuff like that in the 90's.
aye its a phase for most of them and they grow out of it when they leave school but some keep at it and get into other styles through raves.
then some people just like commercial hardcore and wont ever grow out of it, cant really say there wrong just cos we like different stuff.

I agree. I thought people were at least 'aware' of Hardcore (rave music as it once was) but as usal some rockers get the wrong idear and call it 'chav music' or whatever it is called on the South Pole (Chilly chavi terrors?)
