aye anno is not the same but in scotland we have a lot of irish and northern ireland/ulster/whatever people choose to call it culture in our lifes.
a lot of my family were from a wee village outside belfast before coming to the mainland so i take an interest in the history of things, was a while back i tried to read it and will try give it a shot again sometime.
is a complicated thing and i'd rather no the story from both sides instead of spouting my mouth about something i dont no a lot about.

Ah, reading is good. One of my favorite things to do.
My most recent book I've read is The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky.
A bit boring, imo, but an interesting read.
Also, I've got a huge summer reading list ahead of me...yay Senior year!

I am sadly attracted to tragic books about abused kids - strange I know! read loads of auto/biographies.

I read the odd book from time to time. Last proper book I read was A Little History of the World, before that it was The Hound of the Baskervilles which is one of my all time fav storys.

ive read a book called "a child called it" wich is a very very good read, also good to keep in mind that everything in th book is a true account from the child your reading about.
id reccomend everyone read it, because it relly can open your eyes.
another one on a different subject) is the screwtape letters by c.s. lewis its a rather deep thought provoking read though that one. really can make u think about just where do your thoughts come from...

How can you say that? Reading books is a great thing to do.
Thats the trouble I find with people these days, I think it's the ITV generation. They'd rather watch some crap soap than read a good book, they'd rather eat at Burger Heart Attack or what ever it is than eat at a restaurant. Shame.
