This is a victory for social justice.
Those irresponsible parents just wanted to use their kids to try and milk some money out of MJ. It's sick. They should be on trial for such a disgracefuil display of greed and simple bad parenting.
It's just another example of our "where there's blame there's a claim" society. All you need to do is convince the jury where the you think the blame is, not what the REAL cause of the whole issue is.

there is still a chance he is getting took back to court for providing underage kids with alcohol. i think it can be upto 12months inside, community service or a fine so.....
