Seriously, how the F*** are people not even putting someone in the "Breakthrough DJ" category?
Do you all realise what you are missing out on? I'd rate a fair few notable up and coming above the majority of the "big names". How the hell can you claim to have a passing interest in hardcore and not even be able to select one of the masses of worthy talents doing so much for the scene?
Shall I give you some pointers?
Joey Riot, Stormtrooper, Fracus, Flyin, Arkitech, Darwin, Dice & Reality, Impact, Kurt......
Sort. It. Out.

I didnt vote on it. Out of those you mentioned, ive probably only heard Impact DJ, once. But even him i respect as an artist, not as a DJ.
You are activly "in the scene", but i like the music, and only that. Dont go to events etc. So i dont want to vote just for a pretty name ;)

Still, most of the DJs have posted online mixes and I maintain tune selection ( and therefore tracks available to the DJ in question ) count for the majority.
All the lack of votes does is reinforce the bigger events seeming belief that there is no point putting varied line-ups on. This will ultimately result in all the talent fleeing the sinking ship and the scene crashing and burning spectacuarly.
Can you live w/ that? ;)

I'm struggling cos I don't know who to choose out of Joey Riot, DJ Kurt and Stormtrooper for Breakthrough DJ.
Mind you I suppose should support Alex cos he is our local hero!
