Normally i dont get involved in this kinda back n forth i hate this, i like that, this is shite that is shite kinda crap, and i know b4 i have even wrote this that im gonna be opening myself up to all sort of crap but !
Although the internet has been an amazimg tool in takin all styles of music worldwide, it is also unfortunatly created a place for peeps to voice their opinions good and downright ludicris
I think it's absolutley fine that you dont like certain styles of music, in fact i think its absolutley fine if not your god givin right to dislike someone.
But, comin from one fellow glaswegian to another dude, to wish someone was dead is just harsh man, real harsh an all because of their musical preference
Im sure it was not meant to sound as bad as it was written well i least i hope not.
Sharkey is one of my closest freinds and has been for around the last 7 years, but i would like to make it clear that this fact has no bearing on my point.
Like it or not without sharkey there would be NO bonkers albums AT ALL dude this is fact, and without these albums hardcore would not be as big worldwide for all genres from bouncy to happy to cheesy to hard, all of them have a got a lot to thank Bonkers for, Im aware that if you dont like sharkey then you probably dont think too much of my stuff either or my opinion mate which is again tottaly fine it's your personal taste, it's all good, but if you think hard about the bonkers albums, youll realise that it sets out to try n please as much of the hardcore community as is humanly possible, all over the world, its about something for everyone, appealing to all tastes not just one , you know, how would you feel if say someone posted hixxy n scott are pish, and should be takin off bonkers, not my opinion btw both quality djs and producers in their own right but then they were, where would you be able to listen to the stuff you like ??
Without varying styles of hardcore in the scene the same thing would happen to the uk scene as what happened to the scottish scene it would become utter bollox and die,
Lets face it mate being a dj myself and coming from Scotland man you know there aint no ***** scene in Scotland its ***** shit, and beleive me im not proud of that fact, Scotalnd had the best scene in the world at one ponit and i still love comin to play there, but in a whole, it is just that, crap, and why, because scotland is caught in a time warp at the moment and has been for a long time
Hardcore has moved on in all genres, it has grown, developed progressed and not everyone can handle this fact, but unless people up here can become a little more open minded we will never have a scene again, happy bouncy or freeform or not.
Im a Glaswegian and i like hardcore, freeform cal it whatever the fuk you like, im a glaswegian and believe it or not i ***** love the stuff that sharkey writes
Without the input, energy, dedicaton and time that Sharkz has put into the the scene, it would not be wot it is today, from happy to hard and that is the plain truth
I'm not hoping to convert you to liking the stuff we write, i would not dream of trying, wot you like is, wot you like and no one should be able to tell you different. Im not even gonna attempt to tell you that you should be thankfull or respect the work that Sharks has done
But what i will say is this you shouldn't disrespect people like Sharkz just because you dont like his music, there's loads of music within hardcore that i think is utter ***** pish mate, but i gotta respect the fact that theyre out there makin it, doin something for the scene, helping it to grow
There is a place for all types of hardcore within the scene, and if it wasnt so musically diverse, it would just get so ***** boring real ***** quick, kinda like the way it went in scotland and DIE
Thats my bit said, i wont be back on here to check or reply to any further comments, as i said i dont get involved in this stuff, But when you wish death on close close freinds of mine because of just music policies you make me embarassed to be a glaswegian and beleive me thats a tall order
I think at least you should if not apologise, at least retract part of your statement and i think you know which part dude,

aye agreed there - its attitudes like yours spex, that have stopped hardcore from going anywhere in Scotland. No wonder people think of hardcore as dead, and associate it with daft wee neds when they hear people like you talk about it. I'd like nthing more than for Scotland's hardcore scene to get going again and its finally showing some signs of life - there's Twisted vs Brainfire this November for one - but its people like u holding it back.

i feel we should all give up trying to reach this poor abused and neglected child and let him go on thinking that he is superior for his believes.
for those of you in the scotland area, you should go to every event (if any) he plays at and boo him
his sets shouldn't be too long with his massive record collection so make sure to get as many in as you can.

here u canny get banned coz yer opinion - u r just all oan yer periods and are moaning like fcuk. Since a joined this site back in 2002 - 20 other hardcore dj's from glasgow have joined it too. this is the best hardcore site on the web - too bad its full of yanks and english bastards
