yes yes, hhc sounds great when played fast (i used to have mk3 pitched up, and now i have mk5gs).....so i play usually stay around +12 on the pitch. I play my dnb fast too, its just what feels most natural to me.

nice to see that lots of people like it fast :D
i think anywhere over 185 is overkill for most however certain oldskool HHC is cool played up at 190/195 bpm.
its about the speed. . some people need to understand that not everyone loves their music for the same reason and that it is possible for other people to enjoy somethign that you dont! *shock!*
ANybody wanna donate some cash to the "Turntables for Gav fund?" ~ If you don't, you could be to blame for the demise of happy hardcore!

I assume you're talking about newer stuff so I'd say I play the happyish stuff at around 183 and freeform 187+ unless I'm trying to work some old classics in there. To me, each song sounds best at a somewhat limited range of speeds and that's why when I plan a mix I always see if it's going to sound ok at that particular speed. I guess this is a good place to say I'm planning some new mixes and they should be available within about 2-3 weeks or as soon as I can use my friends M3D's. My Gem's just don't cut it anymore for recording :(
