Speed cameras are a good thing, if they can make people slow down and prevent innocent people being murdered by speeding drivers than I say yes. If you rip them down i hope that you get prosecuted for criminal damage.
You would change your mind if a member of your family was murdered by a prat in a car.
It don't matter who are or what you do, HARDCORE is for you.

i hate the ****ers but they are a good thing i suppose. the thing is 50% of cameras have no film in them; its just for scare factor, people worry about gettin done so they slow down; the thing is it would be a) to expensive for them to put film in all of the cameras that they use, and b) they know they need to anyway, coz they realise that since we don't know which ones have the film or not, we're not gonna take the chance.
this is all true.
If pac-man really had an effect on us, we'd all be runnin' round in dark rooms, listening to repetitive music and munching pills!!!

My mums dad was killed by a drunk driver, even though it is slighty different to Speed cameras, I dont agree with the cameras. Since that I think it causes many more accidents as people are very unsure on what is coming soon on the road while driving. I mean they did a survey and found that more people have actually died since the speed cameras have been put into place. They both have there positives and negatives, but I do think that they should be taken down as they are taking loads of ££ from people for doing 35 on a 30

I hate those box things that supposedly show your speed which at most times are inaccurate! The city is spending so much money to run these things that don't even really work. You don't need this thing overhead to look at to know your speed...

I dont agree with them being put up on motorways but I do agree with them on roads where there has been a lot of accidents.

OK. I would still them in areas which have had a record of accidents, but there seems to be so many Cameras, speed bumps everywhere! that really are pointless, like the ones on the motorways.

yer speed camers shud still be put up coz it dose prevent speeding though drunk driver. mi m8 who i was verry close to died ov a druck driver. speed camers can track down poeple like, joy riding(15 yr old freeks who think they no it all bout cars think they can drive but they cant, actin clever in front on thier mates) and otherz like that.

Drinkin n drivin is not acceptable i agree but dats down 2 ppls own stupidity.I passed my test on 19th may n i wud neva dream of drivin 2 da pub/club if i was gonna drink.If certain amounts of cameras hav film n othas havent,dnt u fink they shud take the empty cameras down???(or mayb stick some film in it)
