His thinking is correct in that the average person if they were to eat at 2am; most people are usually getting ready to go to bed around that time. Hence, if you were to go to bed after eating you will not burn off any of the food you just ate and it will be processed and stored more often as lipid cells aka fatty fat fat kid

people wiv beer bellies...they eat, they drink and flop onto their couches, watch t.v. n' fall asleep.
my mom says to never eat right before you sleep or have a late dinner. cause as brian k said, unless you use the food that you just ate, it's all going to go towards your thighs and your waist...which i guess is the same as your stomach area? i was wondering, should you eat before or after you excercise? shouldn't you eat before you workout, so you'd have the energy to do so? i dunno.
and it just hit me-why vegetarians are so skinny; cause they mostly eat greens which don't normally have fat or something. wish i could be a vegetarian, but i love steak and hamburgers too much...lol. but i do feel bad that these animals are being killed though. =S

greens actually do have fat in them (unsaturated), they are easier to break down by your body however. your body has more trouble breaking down the double bonds in the fat of animal products (saturated).

fun biochem at work

And eating at 2 am is not against nature, eat when you are hungry, not to eat when hungry is against nature. I eat at what every hour and too much too, I cant stop being hungry...still am slender *tnk u god for these superpowers*

RaverDay \o/
So... is 27.8. now the official day for the RaverDay? Do we need a slogan? I think we could use: RaverDay "This ones for all of us" :p
