I cant believe that there is no hardcore being played in clubs in Manchester. I went through the club listings for this weekend in the manchester evening News and not one club is playin it.
There playin stuff like:
Classic pop!
Riotous indie?
Goth!
Ska/freakbeat?
Sleazy house?
Funky vocal house!
glamour clubbin!
This club listin made me lmao!
Club called Slut: A night of electroclash at Satan's Hollow (Princess street) Manchester. DJ's PuffPunk, Tinkerbitch and Smackhead play dirty sounds in the ideal environment.
Wot?
So i ask all fellow DJ's please play in Manchester and let them know wot there missin!
Wake them up cos there listening to all this Euro trash!
This topic is puerly my opinion only havin listened to Hardcore (Happy) for the last 15 years and will continue to do so! Enuff said!

At least you have a choice of what you can listen to too when you go out. Some of us dont.
And you get warehouse raves so stop moaning.
Oh and one of my local clubs has a dj called sharkey (but thats where the similarities end)

I dont even have a local club nearest thing to that round here is the local farmers pub playing the same 2 golden oldie cd's on repeat

yeh i think its the same everywhere. you only get hardcore on specific nites. i do think however that as hardcore gets bigger that some djs who play at rubbish clubs on a saturday nite will start dabbling in it.

R&B and cheese house is all thats played round here, basically no variety at all
and as said manchester gets plenty, just gotta know where to look
