I've been having a debate with my mates about which of these two biscuits is the best. I said Custard Creams they say Bourbons. This is becoming a serious issue so I am handing it over to my fellow trustworthy posters to sort this for me.. so.....go!

I think I would prefer chocolate bourbons to custard creams but they are both so tasty.
If u class jaffa cakes as biscuits (some do, some don't) then I would say them. But jammy dodgers are also tempting, as are chocolate hobkn...digesti....aaaargh i can't decide!

Well, I can't comment on tea , as I am not a tea drinker, but in coffee they are ideal. The jam helps keep the consistency of the whole biscuit together in a far superior way to the cream in a custard cream. with custard I always find the heat makes the cream disintegrate and melt far quicker than jam, which to all immediate purposes is invincible. This ensures that you can load up a Jammy Dodger with far more warm fluid than you can a custard cream. Also, the shortcake buscuit outer shell of "The Dodger" is also more susceptible to being dunked as experts have proven on many occasions
