sell me ur soul and ill bring u power, sell me ur soul and darkness will roll. (its white magic, bad magic)

The people who put there heart and soul into making the music we all love, who rely on the little money they get from making hardcore so they can put some bread on the table thats who! Also if YOU want to keep listening to hardcore your going the wrong way around it because if people dont buy there tunes (from the proper sources!) people cant consider it as a profession and therfor will no longer make the stuff. True there will be the people making stuff in there bedroom etc but the quality and quantity of hardcore being produced will take a huge knock.

On topic good news about the site being closed lets hope more follow.

just wondering, what site your talking about? h2bh.net only took down their tracker.

NEWS FLASH TO ALL OF YOU

Trackers aren't illegal by any law, since they are not in them. Trackers do not sore illegal copyrighted data, it's the users who has the actual files that are doing the illegal thing.
No one has been sent to jail for hosting a *******/tracker, it's because of the lawsuits and costs for going to court that makes people take down the sites. Heck just look at ThePirateBay, they're still ****ing RIAA up, and I'm bloody hell proud of being a swede and using that site

guess your talking about TPB

Well untill the 1st of July, it's illegal to share copyrighted things in Sweden, but after the 1st, it will be both illegal to share and download. The reason 'piracy' is more freely in sweden is cause the police dont have resources to track down pirates, nor do they got the will for it, since when the resources is tight, they got more important things to consern about.

The reason why RIAA and other music/game/movie antipiracy organisations can't touch TPB to is because they think that American laws fit in Sweden, when they only work on American soil. If any of the TPB's would have been on american (which it never will be) then they can be sued properly
