As i've mentioned before, hardcore is comming back, and its a lot more popular now than it's ever been, with help from albums like: Bonkers 14, Hardcore Nation, and even Clubland is jumping on the band wagon by making Clubland X-Treme Hardcore.

You also have to consider that the events are getting more regular with more people going to them, but this popularity won't last as present day generation will disperse into family life or working life.

Where i live, club goers are to "chilled out" to handle hardcore, which means i after travel down country for hardcore events (next weekend at Uproar). The best they can handle here is Makina, spannish/Italian Dance with a small dose of hardcore, but with BPM's slowed down a little.

I'm a raver from the earlier days, but for reasons above i aint been raving for a few years now, so next weekend at Uproar is my "come back" into supporting the DJ's / artists i've grown love for their talent. Others will be the same as me I'm sure.

It's weired you say this becasue in my opinion its at a pretty big slump right now. Maybe its just becasue I live in a part of the states that does not have much of a scene. Well see what happens.

Maybe I'm wrong, but the my view of the US scene from over here in good ol' Blighty is that the scene is growing stronger. Not necessarily bigger, but definitely stronger. People like yourself, the Blizzard Boys, Milo and Virus pushing the scene and introducing the "NAHM Sound" to the up and coming generation. People who I've been talking to over at Live365 who run various radio stations are starting to recognise hardcore as being a credible genre, and something to listen to when they just want to let loose.

Also, one of the features of L365 is that it will track listener count/hours by TLH, and I have noticed the US based listenership for IntenseRadio.co.uk increasing over the past 6-12 months when compared with overall TLH.

If you can predict the future, please give me tomorrow nights lotto numbers. Whats that? You can't? Oh, so you dont know if anything will/wont die tomorrow? How do you know for certain that you will wake up tomorrow? Can you predict the future? Please please give me tomorrow nights lotto numbers.

That's a good thing because if it isn't going anywhere then it isn't going to die
But also could be seen as a bad thing, because if it isn't going anywhere then there is no chance of it becoming more popular

As long as I listen to hardcore, it lives. its that easy...

Stronger is really better than bigger I'd say.

That is incorrect. Djs like Weaver have been playing hardcore for many years. I have no idea what you are on about.
