Well the last anime serie was Blue Gender, just ordered a wallscroll of it this week :) That one ->
But i'm a hardcore scifi anime fan, so there are many other series i'm addicted to :p
Another serie would be Ai Yori Aoshi, i have a little Aoi on top of my TV <3
As for non anime series, Firefly. Its just so beautiful ->
I have the first "merchandise" of the movie, a post card that was given in some con in US, it has the original theatrical release date. Some fan took a bunch of them and posted one to everyone that wanted one :) When i got it in a letter, it had 2 blue hands as the return address

not much else, even though it is a big list, i don't watch much of 'the idiot box', i watch sport mainly and if i happen to be watching tv whilst the above shows are on i will watch them, unless i have already seen them a few times which in most cases i have
