Now I'm sick and tired at the Live DJs at happyhardcore.com / Di.fm hardcore radio. I'm not going to mention names, because it's not interesting.
Well, I heard a live mix today from the UK Hardcore show. Good music was playing and some guy was talking and interrupted the GOOD song over and over again with his STUPID shoutouts and lame information. I'm not tuning on the radio to hear information and shoutouts, I'm listening to the radio because I want to hear GOOD music. It's okay to speak sometimes, but NOT ALL THE TIME.
Please I beg you DJs. Only because you can speak, don't do it to often.

It might get a bit annoying when there are shout outs all the time. But you just have to put up with it. Gettin a shout out must be one of the best things to experience at a rave. If u want the good tunes without all the shout outs then buy the Cd's.

Personally I think getting shout outs at raves sucks oo its so pointless IMO but I know there are lots of people who disagree with me cause there are soo many shout outs at raves.

wot u moaning at, if they didnt do it then everyone will moan because there not doin there shout outs, and it onli takes a minute to do it. And the uk hardcore show is the best show on this site, especially when dj scott devotion gets on the decks, so cheers myers and scott

If the DJ doesn't interact with the listeners then whats the point of it being live?

hell yea..the live shows are great for shouts..at least with the LIVE portion, it gives EVERY listener the chance to get heard on the air. (wether its shouts to yourself or anyone out there listening.) Sounds like fun to me :)

You all have misunderstood me. I said it was okay with shoutouts, but some are making shoutouts constantly. Ruining the great songs which, In my opinion, totally sucks.
Sometimes it's cool with shoutouts, but not all the time!

There has to be someone different about live shows... I certainly don't want to get on a DJ for 3 hours and not get on the mic and tell people this is live... I want to thank people for tuning in ... that's a shoutout... it's not all the time... but a live show is just that... where anything can happen :)
it's all hardcore.
