artists/labels submit their material to IMO whenever they want it put online. IMO take 60% of each sale and the remaining 40% goes to the label/artist.
e.g.
3 credits = £1.50
1 unit sold
IMO = 90p
Artist/Label = 60p
IMO will only pay the net profits (profit after IMO have taken their share) once the total reaches or exceeds £30.
i hope thats of some help to you

I could care less about the artist named above...they make crap......Its not even innovative or creative. I know for a fact artist who are selling just as many records as those above mentioned and are using pirated software......So if ima waste of breath them i guess people like hellfish and simon underground and matt green and moleculez (do you want me to keep going?) are waste of breath too aye? I could actually care less of what you think of me....I've been listening to hardcore and living the lifestyle since you were probly chasing school girls around on the yard~
PS like I stated before, I have over 800 vinyls in my collection and buy tons of hardcore. I use programs to DL vinyl rips before I go and waste money on some shitty record i'll never play. So in turn using a P2P is helping these artist cause a lot of times I would not buy a lot of records without the knowledge and access to get them before hand in mp3~

TheOrise : Your wrong, your a DJ you buy vinyl 99% of people that like hardcore are not DJ's. Preach your crap elsewhere and follow the rules.
If the artists wanted people to share their music they wouldn't put banners up like this:

Currently being displayed on the Evolution Records and Nuenergy websites (they are the artists - not the RIAA or some other "evil" body as people put it... they are the person that wrote the music saying no you can't do that).

What was the point of that comment? There are several members here, myself included, that are just as old as you and have likely been listening to hardcore for just as long.
I'm sure that you are not the only member here that uses P2P programs. I personally don't agree with you, but I also believe that what you do is your business.
The bottom line is that the rules of the site are very clear on the subject, so you need to respect them if you wish to remain an active member here.

p2p = peer 2 peer. programs, like d.c++, emule, t.orrent clients, etc. illegal stuff.
