I've noticed a lot of you young'uns compairing the old style hardcore to todays! You can't beat 1992 for HARDCORE!

between May and September '93 was much better!
(although October '91 was pretty good)
(....or the Tuesday before my best mate's birthday in '90 weren't bad) :)

You're comparing music from two different decades that, while classified as "hardcore", aren't even the same thing.
It's this kind of lack of forward thinking that has contributed to a decreased interest in the genre as a whole, including my own.

Seduction's Hardcore Heaven was from 1992 but I was young then. I think 1996 had to be the best eyar for Hardcore IMO. It was techno back then, not trancy dance sounds

It's still Hardcore whichever name you give it!!! In fact it's still all rave and if you want to be really perdantic (think thats how it's spealt) It's all stillNorthern Sould or Disco. at the end of the day It's all good no matter when it was from.

I call it techno, maybe difefrent to what over people would call Techno butI love that kind of techno If it isn't techo then waht is it (and wahat does 'real' techo sound like?)
