Whats the point of putting single decker buses on the road when the passengers clearly want double deackers. You get a better veiw from the window for the same price!
And these new long buses only take up more room in the roads

Cost more to make.
Don't understand when there's a single decker bus assigned to a very busy route and it's always packed.
Makes sense to have a single decker bus on quite routes though.

Agreed, bus companys would be rather foolish to send out a double decker on a quiet route.

Is it just me or did anyone else expect a thread cussing bus drivers for not providing music with beats like they made in 1996?

cost more money to make and run. there is no point sending a 80 seater bus on a route that picks up 15 at the most, that's like trying to kill a fly with a bazooka.......

This is my 436th post and I have to agree with you, buses don't play Hardcore with the 1996 beats, I'll write my complaint to the local bus companys, and I bet in 1996 there were more double deckers on the roads (with more people listing to the then new Hardcore on their head phonbes!) lol

I prefer single deckers!! I never walk up the stairs and there are more seats available without falling down stairs on a single decker!!
I once was playing the fool (as i quite often do) on the old school bus, and stood on the top of the stairs while it was moving and the driver breaked really quickly, i obviously toppled backwards doing a backwards roll on the way down, sounds kinda funny now yeah? but i'm telling ya, i bashed my head and my bag strap got cuaght and everything, i nearly died  ok so i didnt, but still, ever since, i have always hated double deckers....

they did the same thing in south australia
replaced 50year old trams with crap new ones, there excuse was they were dangerous because 10ppl got ran over in 5years, well the new ones are quiter and sit less ppl and look ugly as fook

its stupid here in swansea, there used to be like 20 double deckers running then they cut them down to 5. and to top it all off first cymru decide to run then all in neath, and what have we got? shite single deckers

i Fookin hate busses! the worst thing ever!
They keep puttin prices up, used to be £1 to get to town from my house, now about £3 - £4!! i would rather pay for a taxi between ma m8s!
U can get the taxi to stop for a Kebab, cant do that on the bus!
Plus there is always some freaky person that thinks he knows you n starts licking the window n dribbling next to u! (not gettin at disabled there b4 anyone thinks i am!!)

Heres my rant!
I wished 'ALL' low floor buses were low floor so i can push my pram on with out collapsing it!
What a pain when your struggling with a 2year old and trying to put on your pram and shopping then you get the usual 'TUTS' of oldies grumbling because of the time it takes for me to get on sort myself out and stop my 2yr old from continuosly pressing the bell!
Thanks i feel better for that
