Its like a human, as we get older, we get slower and slower untill we die. Hardcore was about speed and flying pianos and happy little melodies with a female vocal sample thrown in there. The speed made it fun and bouncy. Now, its seems that even within the scene, the music is getting spun slower. and even the producers are making the songs slower. I am with the guy that started the topic, Hardcore will soon die away unless they bring it back up the way it use to be, racing 175+ BPM.

kinda wierd, because when hardcore was undeground, it was alot better than it is now.
my conclusion: when it wasnt that popular, artists made tracks with feeling, and now that its going up again, they dont need to add that much feeling into it.

Yeh, you're right....
....playing it safe to rake in the cash while the going's good.
This happens with everything in life, not just Hardcore.
When your pocket isn't affected you're free to do what you feel like.

I dont think it will ever die, but the club sound suits it for the moment.
The way i see hardcore it has a different sound every 5 - 10 years or so, so it wont b long b4 it has a different sound & the same question will be asked again & again as it always does.
Who cares if its gonna die or not just enjoy the hardcore beats man....

u know one thing...
trouble starts with drink..... clubs + drinks are the worst problem in this world
raves... wheres the problem? all hardcore ravers go for the same thing to have fun and for the music!!!! it might dip but right now its gettin up there
was out in manchester n warrington and then police are on more corners than hookers... raves.... where are the police??? no u know why? cos ravers dont fight!!!! yes we drink yes we do "other " stuff but we dont fight we dont need to
if u cant handle ur drink do drink simple
Hardcore is going up, bring back the true warehouse raves of the 90's
more pontins raves transmission there all the futre and there killed of 1 at a time - warehouses bowlers - bring back - the santuary - to name 2
hardcore till I die hardcore till u all die its all bout the music live the moment rave on.....

the atmosphere i feel is going to become very different at rave's in the next few years, as it stands now every one is there just for a good time and you can get on with everyone there, once different sort of peops start to pour in i.e dick head's the atmpsphere gona be gone and hardcore wont be the same!
