It really pisses me off when i'm at work, a customer approaches the bar, i say hello how you doing or something and they just blurt out what they want. nothing else.
"alright mate how ya doing?"
"brandy coke."
thats it. not a please, not a thank you not even any eye contact. that SERIOUSLY annoys me.
Or when they order and i say do you want a single or a double and they just say, "yea".
F*ckin idiots. Just wanna grab them by the head and smash their faces into the marble worktop repeatedly til their brains fall out of their noses.
(sorry, but you just really don't wanna piss me off. I'm very picky about manners and respect.)

I agree with Jester here, which is why i make the effort to be ultra polite to rude people, to make a point, and then they look grumpy so I blow them a kiss and smile 
Also, I am that kinda bird that see's shop assistant are in a bad mood, because they are at work etc, so I make conversation and sing to them

haha, I know exactly what you mean Jester and Swansea.
At work, we have about 20 fridges of bottles and 10 -15 spirits on display. Really pisses me off when someone walks up and asks "How much is a bottle?" Or "How much for a spirit?"
Which F**king one?!?
...Or being asked for the 1000th time... "Whats your cheapest drink?!"
..Or people shouting what they want when your blatantly serving someone else...

Atleast someone understood my anger towards them. I know I'm there to provide a service, just because they are so ignorant, offensive and abrupt towards me doesn't mean that I don't give them the best customer service I can give. What really does my box in is people who are inconsiderate, impolite and just downright selfish. (Hmm... the youth of Huddersfield!!!) 
Drivers who don't give a toss on the road and blatantly cut you up. 
Asylum Seekers.... (if they have a genuine reason, no problem, but too many of them are just coming here telling any old story to get into this country)

some days I wish I could be them though so my life could be as blissful as theirs
I propose all stupid people should have to wear signs stating that they are stupid and hence forth I will never get angry when I ask them a question...don't know how that would work for customer service phone conversations though.. =P

Thats one aspect of bar work that I absolutely hated! A minority of people treating you like dirt! They just assume that because you work behind a bar thats all you can do the muppets! The bar I used to work, the girls just used to say "say please" whenever someone was like that - try it, it works! (probably only if you've got big boobies though!)

Punctuality....i cant STAND when people are late it sends me mad!!I mean i am a really calm guy and i never lose it but when someone makes me wait...
Also at work when customers fail to reply and pretend as tho i dont exist, also when instead of handing money to me they throw it on the bench in front of me....
