I can relate to you Em, my gf lives miles away from me. I miss her every minute of every day, every night I go to sleep I wish I was with her in her arms. I get to see her at most two nights a week, sadly thats about to go to two nights every two weeks because of work 
I spent most of last week at her house as I was on holiday. The time we had together was great, but then I had to leave her at the train station...It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. It's so tough knowing that she's just out of everyday reach....
I've set the weels in motion for a work transfer, hopefully it'll all work out sooner or later.
