As for DI.FM - it’s a very good guide, but very veryyyy bouesed! (And funny in some places lolll) - I’d recommend people have a browse
But just remain open mined about what you read!  –

There are many things in life that annoy people and different things annoy different people.
People who write things as fact, that are clearly wrong is one of the things that annoy me. People who give their opinion as fact is another. So i will pull people up on it.

The thing with bad DnB tracks is that you tend not to notice them so much as there are many more releases. The tracks that are bad tend to be bland and boring imo. Unlike bad hardcore they dont tend to make me scream or want to rip my ears off.

I have thought of one DnB track that makes me want to hurt people though. Its a rip of Son of a preacher man and everytime i go to one of the local clubs it gets played. Its truly awfull

just love your posts! nothing wrong in saying what your passionate about! (hardcore) and its great for someone your age to listen and learn! hope when your my age you still love the music!
Anyway! I f**king hate this thread because its utter sh*te! and the Hardcore split into 2 (happy hardcore and D&B) thing does really piss me off! who is this genius that has a date for when this actually happened? I can't remember 1 week in 16 years since I've been listening to hardcore music that it suddenly turned HAPPY! and can someone please suggest to me an Old skool D&B album from the early 90's?

Could be. I bought a copy and then heard it on the radio all the time, heard people playing it all the time and heard it in every set at every DnB party I went to for about two years then a couple of times at every other DnB party I've been to since  It was good but that just destroyed it for me.
Not heard this Son of a Preacher track but it does sound like the makings of a ****ing annoying tune.
