I guess what alot of people think that makes a good cd is the songs provided on it. If it were just about the songs then why are they mixed together seamlessly? Shouldn't the mixing be judged as well as the songs?
Your cd could have 15 of the best songs ever written, but if the mixing sucks then does that still make it a good cd?
That's my stance on it.
Promote hardcore in it's rawest form, start with the basics, promote quality mixing.
