haha, No way was 2007 a make or break year.

The possibilitys we're endless this year...

Who would of ever thought that Hardcore Adrenaline would enter #2 In the UK Official Compilations chart?

Who would of thought Bonkers best of would spend multiple weeks in the Official top.10?

Why i'm saying 2008 is make or break is seeing That clubland advert (come on thats enough to put anyone off). If we see more commercials like this, i just don't know... more 14 year olds at your local hardcore event shouting 'OmGz!! DaReN i LuV u!11!'

2007

The year that bonkers ceased to exist?

I guess you can call that a make or break year in my book.

Amato distro going tits up?

That can add to it as well.

You see, those are bad signs and the year isn't over yet.

2008 is going to be a whole new world for hardcore.

As for if Hardcore were to go commercial as you say, that would be wonderful. There would be proper distribution, quality cd releases (not saying that the cd's aren't quality, meaning the actual release of the album) Artists wouldn't have to rely on making other genres of music to stay afloat, and they could completely focus on making their music. However, the downside would be musical freedom, and they may lose control of their labels if they were to sign to a major label like Virgin or the likes.

Artists would get paid and not have to worry about losing their livelyhood because of other peoples mistakes or theivery.

"A whole new world! A new fantastic point of view! No one to tell us "no", or where to go. Or say we're only dreaming. A whole new world. A dazzling place I never knew. But when I'm way I'm way up here, its crystal clear. I'm in a whole new world with you!"

I guess it's funny to joke now. Call names even. See, when someone makes valid points on this board they get laughed at and called names. But when you act like a douchebag just because you've got a fake internet metal on a simple web forum it's ok. You see, no one in America has ever heard of that guy, I talk to big name producers and dj's all the time, I guess that gives me a ticket to be a dick like that guy. Except for Happyhardcore.com and pornstealers.org whatever site you jack from are the closest you've ever come to hardcore artists.

If you actually gave a shit about them over yourself maybe i'd show you a bit more respect.

^^Sorry, hate to interject, but I've heard of Audio X. And so have a lot of people in the hardcore breaks scene.

Not that I care, just backing up a friend.

Stand up for him then. That's what friends are for. I'm sure he'd do the same for you. He sounds like an A+ person.

Good for you, so anyway, back to the topic. Commercial releases would be good, artists would be happy with the money, however, their musical genius would be limited I think.
