A video i came across of the army raiding a rave in Utah (not 100% on that) but i was totally shocked at the fact it was the ARMY not the police...Mind you you americans dont do things by halves do you lol.....

This isn't the army. It's the SWAT team. Basically a para-military branch of the Police Department.
Thanks to our War on Drugs, this is what happens when people try to have a good time.
Or in the case of low-income urban communities what happens on the regular.

Same thing happens over here. Party I was at the other weekend got raided by Riot police, Horse Units, Dog Units, Motorbike Units and a helicopter...

This is just depressing. 
No one really did anything illegal (maybe some drugs and all, but that's the druggie's fault, not the rave's) and cops had to come and be complete asses about the whole thing. Tasers? What???
