Peace!
I actually like this & think it will go well on the CD. Its a track that doesn't take itself too seriously & is what happy hardcore is all about.
If your willing to submit this for the Album then i'll need you to PM a copy of the track to me @ 320kb/s quality & I will add it too the tracks so far.
BUT! Can you please go back & edit your original post & remove your download link for the track. I just saves it from being heard before the album is released. thanx

Don't worry everyone. The site couldn't have crashed at a worse time so i've decided to extend the deadline by a couple of days which will give us time to tie up any loose ends.
The new deadline for all track submissions is the 5th March so if you haven't sent your track to me yet, I suggest that you do so, asap! thanx

Could you not have 1 disk of present tracks and one of past and future or is there not enough to do that either?
*edit*
You could always do disk 1 from past to present then disk 2 from present to future...

i that would depend on the styles of the songs i guess - if we only have a few here that would work for a second cd then perhaps its not worth it...why not just keep em on one and let everyone else decide what is past present and future :)

why has this been moved into announcments section
surely a discussion about a hardcore album should be in the hardcore section..
plus the fact that this compilation is being brought to everyone on behalf of hh.com should warrant its need to stay in 'the limelight' as to represent the website in a positive and productive manner.
i just think it should be moved back.

"Tracks, DJ mixes & release announcements
Post updates and release info on new tracks and DJ mixes for labels and artists both new and established. This is for individuals only, other stores and websites please post in "Other radio station / web site announcements" "
release announcements is just one factor for this subcat - tracks and DJ mixes as well, it fits under all those descriptions, hense the move..
as for keeping it in the limelite - not only do i think this topic should be sticky!!!
but i also feel that even if it isnt - this particular section will not be posted in as often as the "hardcore" section, which means the topic would need alot less bumping to keep it toward the top if you get my meaning..
i also feel that the production competition should be a sticky - then there would be two stickys in this sub cat, the two most important stickys! and not tagged onto the end of the several thoustand stickys we have in other sub-cats, which also serve to keep this topic even further down the topic list...
i moved it with this topic in mind! (and its contents)

Not too worry. The CD is almost complete anyway : )
BUT, i'm still in 2 minds on how to structure the CD & all input would be appreciated.
I was planning on having one album (unmixed) & one mixed by Bulby G but bulby raises a good point. I could span the album over 3 CD's, the Past to the Present, The Present to the Future & the mixed set by Bulby.
I was hoping to have the album spanned over 4 CD's. Past, Present, Future & Bulby's mix but I haven't got enough tracks for that to work well.
Also, the majority of the tracks are 'Present' so to use Bulby's idea would make sense & it means that people could still burn the full album onto their own CD's.
*What does everyone think of this?

yeah, I couldn't agree more Rowan. The Hardcore section only ever seems to be Mixes, tracks, websites, ect. It would get rid of all that & get things back to hardcore discussion only.
Although, your going to have busy time trying to keep the hardcore section clear of mixes, ect, until everyone gets used to it but it does seem like a better idea.
Also, I think if we were to have both, this Album & the HH.com comp thread as sticky's @ the top of the forum, they will gather much, much more attention over the coming months rather than trying to keep pushing them to the top all the time.

@Ken: I think the 3 CD idea is a good un. Aslong as your not just putting any old rubbish on and the quality doesnt suffer as a result of the quantity then go for it mate. Shame a lot of people went for "present" really. If you do another one of these sometime in the future (however long it takes me to master Cubase) i could get a few "past" track sorted ;)
Looking forward to the album anyway. Try and get it out sometime before HU3 though or im afraid it'll never get a listen :p
