seconded! lol or stupid low voice rubbish
i like the idea of clips from each of the songs..
perhaps 40seconds of radio fuzz tuning between a few different tracks?
a more fun idea i think - would involve all the artists voices' making up one amusing sentance ;)

why not a slow buildup of engine noises getting started.
start with a slow humming, then build into a slow 90bpm kind of deep pulse. then add whatever sound effects the lot. then throw it into the first track!

i could set up a server where everyone can work on an intro thing...

I think this is a good idea. It will bring a bit more character to the Album. Also, its not essential & if we cant produce something that's worth while or people think it'll do the CD injustice, then it doesn't have to appear on the Album, but it is definitely worth a try.
I'll help all I can but I produced my track on Reason so i'm not sure if that will help with what you've got lined up Rowan. We'll see how it goes.
Overall, the album will be released asap & as soon as the final preps are made i'll post it for DL. I'd like to have it out before the production comp starts & I remember someone mentioning another hardcore album on the way. I'm not 100% what it is but i'm hoping to have the album out before that.
Can anyone shed some light on what this album is & when it will be released. It will help me work to a release date

lol i love it how you cannot resist temptation of having a little play around with everything. That is a decent intro though, you would then need a track to come straight in with a really pounding kickdrum! That would sound wicked!

I like it. Better quality sample if possible and drop the beat so it can be mixed with a track from the CD Billy is a legend

I'm not sure if you could have them for an unmixed CD. The intro would have to be part of the first track and the outro the same for the last.
For the mixed CD yeah but not the unmixed.
