I have a DJM 800, it's great :)

However, I've had to play on the xone62 (I hate that) and the xone92 (I hate it slightly less) many times. IMO, it's really not suited to hardcore.

The 4 band EQ is useless for hardcore, the faders are too long, the knobs are too close together, etc.
The only good thing about it are the filters.

Here's my setup:

and the studio:

Gear:
KRK RP-8 monitors
KRK RP-10 Sub
Saffire LE FW interface
Apex460 Mic
Mackie CR-1604 Mixer
Valley 440 Compressor
Behringer Virtualizer Pro
Roland HS-60
CME UF-60
Futureretro FR-777
Behringer B2031 monitors
Behringer B2031A monitors
Pioneer DJM-800
Technics SL-1210 M5Gs with Shure Whitelabels
American DJ DCD-PRO400
Pioneer HDJ-1000
Sony MDR-V700
Audio Technica ATH-M50
AKG K240s
Macbook Pro

dam i love them technics you have :) lol but nice setup not a big fan of the duel cd players and very nice djm800 there ;)

How did I come over with the money to Buy 2 CDJ1000MK3's and a DJM800? and not to mention a brand new PC I built?

Determination to get the items and saving the cash :) I dont have that much money and I dont earn much and I hate it.

This Year I have purchased over AUD$9000 worth of gear. I coudnt buy many vinyl of because of me needing to upgrade the gear.

If You can do it, it is so worth it in the end.

All I would like now is some production gear but that will cost me a bit of money as well.

Quoted for truth!

Its a bedroom setup, speakers are loud and the sound quality is good enough therefore i could not justify buying new speakers!

This is how i would normally do it:P
