Impact & Weaver - Breakaway (Xclusive Happy Hardcore) (Though first heard on Impact's July 2007 mix :P)
Ultrabeat & Hypasonic - You Will See (Re-Con & Squad-E Remix) (Hardcore Til I Die 3)
Retro & Flawless - Land Of Dance (Sy & Unknown Remix) (True Hardcore 2)

All very worthy tracks..
May be Jamie Ritman - Touch the sun (DS RMX) for me..
but its a hard one..
incredibly hard to narrow down top tracks of the whole year... but sqaud es remix of rave heaven is amazing, yeaah!

Orbit1's remix of Stay With Me was my favorite tune of this year.
Even though Let Me In didnt come out yet, that ranks up there as well.

micheal mansion - out of touch
himbo ft mc enemy - everywhere i turn (orbit 1 mix)
FAKE - nu senation (orbit 1 and inverse mix) I actually think this is one of the best tunes i have ever heard, and am ever likely to hear
there are more but its so hard to think of a few...
