The thing is I didn't show them old cheesy stuff but some really hard gabber. No Idea what the tracks were called since usually I don't listen to Gabber.

Also one thing, for us it sounds normal because we're used to it, and if we'd go to an attraction park we'd say "Ohh there's Hardcore being played", for the other people it's not like that.. it's the contrary : when they hear some Hardcore ( like for example on my ipod ) they say "Ohh it's the music from Attraction Parks !" >.<

Well it clearly bothers you so much, so why don't you just stop listening to it? If you really enjoy it why do you care what anyone thinks lol.

"No More Tears" by Vibes & Wishdokta
"Starjump" by DJ Chewy.

Those are some other tracks that sound kind of clown/carnival-ish

I always get told I "need to stop listening to kids music" because of the chirpy cheesy vocals. I just turn it up.

Yeah that's how ya do it!!

I don't think Hardcore is clown's music. There are countless amounts of old school tunes that sound like something straight out of a theme park though. And it isn't bad at all (most of the time anyway :p).

Well I do ignore what others say, and I still listen to Hardcore. But it's just that I liked to show Hardcore tracks to others, and now I don't want to do it anymore cause if they're going to say it sounds like clown's or kid's music, I really don't need that !

I think your confusing "Starjump" with something else (maybe the flip side "Rock This Place" as "Starjump" is a pretty ruff tune.

Lots of the Vibes & Wishdokta stuff had some cheesey riffs in (which contrary to my post above I actually like - maybe some special ingredient that V&W put in!). "Motorway Madness" had a far cheesier riff IMHO.

Guys, it's not because it's cheesy that it sounds like clown's music !

I just found one of the tunes I showed 2 of them :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TPxLyOtJYE

That's definitely NOT cheesy and still everyone says it sounds clownish.

This is where it's at.

Speaking of amusement parks, how awesome wouldn't it be to ride a mad rollercoaster while they're playing Music of the Primes or something along those lines?

lol

Nah, it's called "Vienna Prater" and is one of the biggest ones in Europe.

You might know this here since it's a landmark :

Actually you don't see the other attractions on that pic.
