Hope everyone else enjoys it but this just is the compilation for me

Aww, c'mon Smoogie. You can't keep living in the past. You're not going to see the 90s style become dominant again as its not the 90s. This cd has some great stuff and will go down in the books. At least CD Jay is focusing on pure underground talent and tracks!!! You can't sit there and tell me you didnt enjoy the Brisk & Ham mix or the Darwin mix. You're going to miss out on a lot of good stuff if you only focus on the past. Lets go hand in hand into lovely land; side by side to a world that shines so bright! (Had to add something corney)

Smoogie i feel the same way as you but it's not going to happen is it?
A revival on the good old days of happy hardcore.
I cant believe am actually writing this but i have to say after listening numerous times now to Brisk and Hams mix on the cd it's got to be the best mix so far of 2009
In fact its fan fooking tastic
Takes me back to 2003 with great hardcore beats and vocals.
Brisk and Ham i applaud you both

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE the old skool too. Cheese, raw beats, chipmunks, and not trying to play to the expectations of the masses, just creating tracks that were crazy and bouncy. The older style will always reign over anything else becasue without that foundation, the music wouldnt be where it is today.

Disc 1 - MMMMMMMMMMM. So many good tracks, I loved it all. Moscow Mule was probably my least favorite and Connected my favorite (after only one listen).

Disc 2- I was yawning until the latter half/quarter, that's where it got good. We Are The Bass and Dealer are epic tracks. I'm biased on Dealer since I love S3RL.

Disc 3 - I was really into this disc at some points, others just passed by me. Can't remember it too much...

Disc 4 - My favorite easily. Stargazer made my day. Unfortunately some of the epic power the song has is lost behind all the breakbeat breakdowns, it kind of kills the melody, still a good song and maybe my favorite on the compilation.

So in order 4, 1, 3, 2.

Loveeee Moving Over! I think this CD is far better and more about UK hardcore then the crap AATW are forcing out. Best hardcore compilation in a very long time!
