Hi all,
I was doing some research on the types of the music I listen to (because I felt like it).
And inevitably I wound up at this site, which resulted in me listening to your radio.
First of all let me say I liked it. Though I have a question.
I listen to Hardstyle, Hardcore(not happy hardcore but the dutch mainstream type), Earl rave and sometimes Terror.
So I've heard a lot of songs from dutch artists and I've also been to a lot of really big party's.
However since I've been listening to your radio I've heard atleast 6 songs (in the past hour) which I felt had the exact same lyrics, the same type of beat only a bit faster and happier. Than the, in my eyes, original songs.
So is there anyone who can agree on this?
I'll make it clear I'm not trying to downgrade this style of music. I'm just doing some research.
And maybe kind of trying to establish for myself that Holland is of the origin of most types of Hardcore music.
So no disrespecting just a question.

I'm not complaining. All I'm doing is asking a question. If you don't agree with that ok be my guest. But don't make any false accusements.
So if you would, please stay on topic and anwser the question. Do you agree or disagree?

Lots of UK hardcore/happy hardcore tracks use the same vocals as some dutch hardcore tracks. For example, alot of Paul Elstak stuff also has happy hardcore mixes, even if the "original" is a happy gabber mix.
Also, dutch hardcore steals from other styles too. It's possible that both UK hardcore/happy hardcore and dutch hardcore stole from the same original tracks (whether it's from some mainstream song or trance, etc).
It's actually pretty uncommon that UK hardcore rips off dutch hardcore so I wouldn't think too much of it.

Maybe you and I have a different opinion on what's hardcore and what isn't. Think that's the problem here anyway. I'd prefer if you didn't say that the stuff I speak of is "wet shit". I'm entitled to my opinion and so are you. Also I didn't mention gabba in any of this.
I'll ask again please anwser the question or don't post anything that doesn't have anything to back it up.

you know, in the 90s alot the dutch hardcore sound was happy gabber and full of vocals
that's why so many vocals are shared
