Why do you act this way Wilky? Where you bullied as a child? I know you've strated getting into that MMA shit, have you also started taking roids or summat to bulk up, to try and get as big as the other boys who keep kicking your arse? The roids, they do that to you you know, wild mood swings, uncontrollable acne, shrinkage of genitalia. I dont wanna see you go down that road. Come on now mate, leave those nasty drugs alone, go back to the old lovable Uncle Google. We all miss our favourite search engine relative he was a lovely chap...........

Seriously though i agree with Spoox and Mortis, you have got a propa attitude problem pal....

"mate, not the best foot to start off on with me."

This had me in histerics, seriously mate grow up thinking youre some ****ing bad man when really youre just a pathetic excuse of a man typing away at his keyboard, ripping into people to make himself feel better. What a ****ing joke.

That line had me thinking "chav" right away. Wilky stop acting like you're tough or that you're actually gonna do anything if he gets on your bad side. The only thing you'll do is bad mouth the kid, or ignore his posts; it's a forum, you're not gonna meet up and **** them up if they dont respect you.

And sometimes on forums people put up with people like you just becasue your allmighty post count, but seeing other people's reactions prove that HHC wont put up with it. Sorry kid, find another way to get attention.

EDIT - HOW THE **** YOU KNOW ABOUT THE CAVE?!?!?!?!?! Better tell Robin to start packing.

So no disrespecting just a question.

From what I can garner Acid House and EBM was the inspiration for New Beat which was the first hardcore sound in Belgium (Ironic that Hardcore music was originally around 40BPM or 8BPM for really hard tracks with kick drums that lasted like 10 seconds like to see someone try to make a hardcore song like that today) that evolved into modern rave. Ragga and Jungle was what Oldskool originally derived from which was also refereed to as just Rave music. Then Slipmatt created SMD 1 for the lulz to see if he could troll people at parties. Unfortunately his plan backfired and Hixxy was so baked he decided to make Toytown. Then somebody made a Sesame Street hardcore remix and then all hell broke loose. Then the Netherlands were all like "**** this" and started abusing the hoover sound thus creating Gabba, but Americans were like "hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" and created a more repetitive version of rave called Gabber. Then people started dropping the drum n bass sound so they just took massive amounts of XTC and made "Happy" Hardcore, alternatively the people who began smoking massive amounts of crack made Terrorcore except for Venetian Snares who just took heroine and made Noisecore. Speedcore happened when a DJ thought it was cool to play 33 tracks at 45 with the pitch up all the way. One day somebody wondered what Happy Hardcore would sound like without the happy part, and it turned out to just to be a very fast version of Trance. Happy Gabber was entirely made by mistake when some punk metal band took some acid. Finally the Freeform sound was made when Sharkey decided to take make a hardcore track using only acid sounds and textures making it completely devoid of melody. Then AATW was summoned from the depths of Hell to make Clubland. Then they used mind control techniques to brainwash Darren Styles into making music for teenage girls.

Bottom line: ... does it really matter where hardcore came from? Now Speedbass on the other hand....

Holy shit xD. No it doesn't really matter but I was just curious. Maybe I thought it originated here because the hardcore party's over here are exceptionally large.
I don't know about your country but some pary's have about 6 to 8 different area's with different types of hardcore and exceed a capacity 15,000 people.
But that could also mean I was being a cock and it's just really popular here.

So what's the largerst party in your country? Name and capacity?

Hey,

Welcome to the forum.

Slammin Vinyl is certainly one of the biggest. They do 6 arena events with 15'000 capacity that sell out. In the early 90's we have illegal raves over here that had over 30'000+ people at them and went on for a week. We tend to have a mixture of different rave music played at our events though. UK Hardcore, DnB, Oldskool, Dutch Mainstream, Hard House/Trance/Style, Breaks, Oldskool Hardcore etc. etc. etc.

I would say mainstream Dutch Hardcore is more popular globally than UK Hardcore. That doesn't prove that one came before the other though. I don't really know when Dutch Hardcore started being released but early British Hardcore sounds can be heard among releases in our acid house around 1989-90. Early British Hardcore was mainly breakbeat basses and sounded very different to what you would have heard on the radio.

At the end of the day all music styles borrow from each other anyway though. ;)
