I'm not saying he will be tracked. I'm saying if they wanted to find him through cyberspace, it could be done in seconds.

Unless he's using a proxy? Then they'd find whoever hosted the proxy, and would have no way of getting to him. There are ways to cover your tracks.

Point being is you can support hardcore or you can leech it, if you like hardcore then support artists and labels, hardcore is a small community, if you want to get all your stuff for free then listen to happyhardcore.com radio, goto a party, download free tracks (from the artists / labels) or make your own music...

this is kinda pointless now, i all ready made a post about p2p, everyone put there views in and no one hates one another, this is kinda like middle school drama, if you want to bash people... then do it some where else, we dont want it here, this is a place to have fun, help, and to be helped.

we dont like trolls
if you dont like he p2p-ing then buy more tracks to make up his downloads

in russia there is no law against filesharing
the forum in this topic is on a russian server.....
heres a little question for you
if i flew to russia with a laptop, downloaded the whole database, then flew back here with all the music would it be filesharing or all legal & above board ?
not that i would mind, too bloody cold there lol

In Soviet Russia, file shares you. Did i do that joke right 
Filesharing is legal in Russia, as still is bear-bating and child labour i do believe. So no it wouldn't be technically illegal to go over to Russia and download a load of tunes, but you might have a hard time sneaking so much contraband through customs.
Take your pick which parts of that post were serious.

Anyways... B4L it's quite easy to single out where you live, Silver has your IP, he could just send it someone knowledgeable about tracing people. But then he doesnt need to trace people, he gots my address :(
