Yeah Group D and G look really tough!

England and USA should find their way through group C easy enough, I dont think either of us could have asked for an easier draw tbh.

Very easy group for England and the USA, I'll be shocked if either of those two fails to qualify for the last 16.

Not the most exciting draw from a neutral point of view, although I'll be looking forward to Brazil's group, looks a cracker. Although Brazil and Portugal will be favorites, the Ivory Coast are a pretty handy side and are well capable of causing an upset. It'll be good to see North Korea getting their backsides handed to them though.

Slovenia are quite a handy side, but I just feel USA will dig in and beat them.
So long as USA can keep people like Bradley, Donovan, Dempsey and Beasley fit and get them clicking they should be just fine

They already lost Charlie Davies to injury after that car accident, he could have been key for them up front

Beasley? Really?

I can't speak for his USA performances, but he's been a bit of a dud at Rangers. Besides pace, he seems to flatter to deceive in the games I've watched him in. Seems injury prone as well.

Well at least Spain won't be having any problems making it through the groups :p Italy too, they'll probably do pretty well considering some of them are almost Hollywood actors.

Group G does indeed look tough, think the highlight there is Brazil v Portugal.

Also hoping for Denmark to get the second spot after Holland in group E, but I'll keep my expectations low as it could just as well be Cameroon (and likely will be)

Holland should get through. In my opinion, they are probably in the top 3 countries in terms of attacking prowess. Robben, Van Persie, Huuntelaar, Sjneider, Kuyt...all bloody handy players.

However, their defence will get found out and this will be their downfall. I'd like to see Holland do well, as I like the way they play the game. However, I can't see them going further than the Quarters.

I don't see how not, Robben and Van Persie are both fantastic players. OK, the others mentioned aren't quite in the league with them, but they are still excellent players.

Van Persie would be in my top 10 strikers in the world. Similarly, Robben is one of the best wide-players in the world. Any of the other top nations would be delighted to have these two, and probably the others as well.
