Agreed with that. I hate male vocals. They just don't sound right. If a choon with male vocals comes on i'll skip it.

I know general consensus seems to be that men only associate women's voices with singing, but I guess I'm exempt from that. I'm fine with male vocals, heck, even Junior is fine.

Now, I will make exceptions for Ant Johnson & whoever sung for Force & Styles back in the 90s, was it Junior?

I listen to Old Skool these days because I get more of a feel from the music.

Obviously now i know different but at the time it was released I thought that was a woman :/. I thought Ant Johnson was the guy doing the rapping and the "female" vocalist was uncreditied.

Well yesturday I was listening to some classic breakbeat tunes. The original Happy Hardcore and it was amazing. You get a real feel for the music out of those tunes. The thing is those tunes where Happy Hardcore. The harder stuff was Hardcore. These days Hardcore has no ties to the original stuff. It seems pointless to take a style of music, change things a bit, water it down and still call it Hardcore. Those tunes where Hardcore then and still are now. The music might have evolved but it feels un natural for it to sound like it does now. (Or at least the stuff on Clubland)
